The TreasuRed apple, developed by the University of Saskatchewan, is an extremely hardy, columnar apple tree perfect for compact spaces. It produces large, bright cherry red apples with a smooth, waxy finish. Ripening in mid-September, the fruit has a McIntosh-like texture and flavour and stores well for extended use.
