The Autumn Delight apple, developed by the University of Saskatchewan, is a sweet, crisp, and juicy variety perfect for fresh eating and cider making.

- Size: Medium to large (6.5–8 cm in diameter)
- Color: Pink over light green with a variable red wash depending on the season
- Shape: Slightly conical with a smooth finish
